About

Meet your provider

My name is Ashley Whipkey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been working in the mental health field for about 14 years. We know how unpredictable life can be. One moment, everything seems to be going smoothly, and the next, it feels like everything is falling apart. Whether you’re dealing with relationship drama, battling anxiety or depression, or just feeling lost, life can feel like too much sometimes. Trying to navigate through all these difficult emotions and experiences on your own can feel really overwhelming. In fact, these emotions can be so overwhelming that they start to interfere with your daily life, including work, school, and relationships. The good news is you don't have to face all of this on your own. I am a compassionate, down-to-earth professional that offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and develop the tools necessary to cope with life's ups and downs. What can I help with: - Anxiety and stress - Depression - Relationship difficulties, whether it’s with family, friends, or romantic partners - Grief and loss - Self-esteem - Life transitions, such as starting a new school, going to college, getting married, or going through a divorce - Trauma and PTSD Your well-being is our #1 priority. I understand that starting this journey toward healing and self-discovery can be deeply personal and sometimes downright hard. I am committed to helping you reach your goals, whether that's finding relief from distressing symptoms, improving your relationships, or simply gaining a better understanding of yourself. I recognize that taking the first step toward therapy can be a little scary, so I strive to make this process as comfortable and convenient as possible. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions or online therapy, I offer flexible appointment scheduling options to accommodate your busy life. My goal is to make therapy accessible to everyone, so you can receive the support you need on your terms.
